Most stealth vaping is done using lower powered devices. These devices are often vape pens or cigalikes, and use higher nicotine concentrations than their sub ohm siblings. These devices are usually low on vapour output and high on nicotine and flavour, making them the polar opposite of rebuildable and cloud chasing tailored mods. Mouth to lung
These devices usually employ the mouth to lung vaping method. Instead if inhaling a hearty amount of vaping straight into the lungs, you take the vapour into the mouth to savour the taste, before sucking it down into your lungs. This more closely resembles the methods of tobacco smoking, and is usually the natural starting point for ex smokers who are new to e cigarettes.

When is it not ok to stealth vape?
Whilst stealth vaping might be employed on the street or in crowds to detract attention from yourself and to be courteous to those around you, there are still a wide range of spaces where it is illegal or uncouth to stealth vape.
At work
Your low on energy and need to scratch that vaping itch. The numbers on your office computer are starting to blur and you need a focus shift to get your head back in the game. You might be tempted to take out your vape and have a subtle session, but before you do, make sure that it is ok with the rest of your office. You don’t want to distract other people from their work or anger your boss.
In public spaces
If you are stealth vaping in a restaurant or a bar, it may or may not be illegal, it is to the discretion of the manager. That being said, like at work you don’t want to distract other people around you, even if you think you’re being subtle. Bad manners can ruin your vaping fun, so stick to vaping where you know it is permitted, lest you become a nicotine guzzling pariah.
